Q: What is your return policy?
A: You have 30 days to inquire about a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges can be offered as long as there is no damage to the product, and that it was not purchased on sale. 

Q: Where can I send my returned items? 
A: Items can be returned with their original packaging to:       with the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Q: When can I expect my delivery? 
A: Deliveries can be expected from 7-10 business days once your order has been processed. 

Q: Do I have to pay a shipping fee when returning my products? 
A: Unfortunately, yes. Shipping fees are calculated based upon discretion of the shipping company. 

Q: How can I cancel my order? 
A: Order cancellations can be processed by emailing us at innovateathletics@gmail.com, specifying that you wish to cancel your order in the subject line.
